End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Nettorii for the use of our wrapper software ("Software").

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with your license key.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software

• Remove or modify any proprietary notices

• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer your license key to others

• Use the Software for any illegal purposes

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software.

4. Updates

We may provide updates to the Software. Updates may be subject to additional terms.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
